CONTENT:
As the load torque plays a big role in motor making decision, the load should be determined. Before i can proceed with the load torque calculations, i have to estimate the load. A lots of things the i have to consider in estimating the load. The weight of all the component that attached to the scooter will have to add with target weight of rider in order to calculate the weight of load.
will the load affected the motor movement?
can the motor drive the wheel to move the load?will its functioning flawlessly?
will the load affected the level energy of the supply?
will the load affected the speed? and if it does, what is the ratio?
all this questions should be answered. a lot of study and research should be done. there are a lot of things that i have to consider before decide the load (the estimated).
CONCLUSION: A research needs to be done before proceed with the calculations. need to study how others make their scooter (in targeting the load)
