Title : Surveys and purchasing.
Content: As for this week, surveying the suitable materials and components is still undergoing. As a first step to build this project, i need to start with purchasing the scooter and dc motor.
I'm facing problem in finding suitable motor. In market, the motor that special design to make a motored mini scooter come with 24V. The voltage is too big, as the targeted supply voltage is only in within 9 to 12V. And one more problem is this motor is too expensive. the one that i had found the price is around RM250 above. This is too expensive as our budget is only around RM500.
While surveying, i had decided to by this scooter,
This push scooter is desinged for children, but it also can be used by adult. It comes with two wheel, one is at the front and the other one is at the rear.
Conclusion: purchasing the scooter is done, but need to find a suitable motor.
