TESTING PART 1

TITLE : Motor and Generator Testing.

OBJECTIVE : To test the functionality of the motor and the generator.

CONTENT : For the first part of testing, i test the motor with connected battery
connected directly to the motor. The positive terminal of the battery go to
positive terminal of the motor and the negative terminal of battery goes to
positive terminal of the motor. The timing chain used to connect the both of
the gear attached to the motor and the gear attached to the wheel.
A multimeter is connected to the generator as to know the output from the
generator. Here the video of the testing ;






RESULT : From the testing, the generator produced about 8.10V of ac.This is the
maximum voltage produced when the speed of the motor is maximum.

CONCLUSION : The generator does produced voltage with the speed of the motor.
Need to test the voltage when the DC motor speed controller circuit
connected to the motor and battery.
